  • Enable Dialog with NPCs

  • Possess a melee weapon

  • Can use a Ranged attack, but doesn't affect the boss.

  • Must have a navigation perk (Speed boost, dash, jump, etc.)

  • Must have a health system. 

  • The level must happen in a single 10m x 10m room. 

  • Must have a boss fight.

Mission

The player must stop the obnoxiously loud music playing inside the tavern. It's been playing for way too much time.

What should the player do?
  1. Talk to different NPC to understand the situation. 

  2. Survive to the 3 consecutive wave of enemy harder every time.

  3. Manage your health pool. 

  4. Defeat the boss. 

Designed Intention
  • One Shot Adventure.

  • Humor in conversation.

  • Relate to some of the NPCs. 

  • Compelled to fight the boss.

  • Pack the player with stress. 

  • Difficulty increases ever slightly.

  • Quick Reward (Cash and Health Potions)

  • New Mechanic during the boss fight.

01. Exploration 
  • At first glance, this level isn't linear. You can Talk with every NPC you meet.

  • The First two NPC closer to the player will sum up the situation to onboard the player in the story.

  • The bartender is the only NPC that triggers the story to continue.

02. First Encounter
  • There are 9 enemies to fight.

  • 8 Health Points/ Enemies

  • Stunned by the hammer for 1.35 Seconds. 

  • (Optional) Tables can explode to clear the area.

03. Break time 
  • Give the player the time to take back the control.

  • Allow the player to recap his stats and Health Points. 

  • (Optional) The bartender will give you even more narration.

06. Boss fight
  • Introduction to a new mechanic. The boss is throwing Bombs while you beat up the goons. 

  • 1 Bomb / 1.5 Sec. 

  • There are only 5 NPC this round. 

  • 8 Health Points/ Enemies

  • Stunned by the hammer for 1.35 Seconds. 

  • There's a scripted event. A wall is destroyed, sending the last wave of goons to fight. 

  • There is another 5 enemies sent to fight.

  • 10 Health Points/ Enemies

  • Stunned by the hammer for 0.55 Seconds. 

  • 1 Bomb / 0.9 Sec. 

  • The boss runs around throwing bombs everywhere.

  • Speed 3.5m/Second

  • Every time the boss reach a wall, he throws a bomb. 

  • If the boss is hit by the player, There's 66% he drops a bomb.
